How do I find more meaning in my life?
We live in an uncertain world, experiencing constant change and heightened states of unknownness. The search for meaning is one of the most important journeys a human being can make. Meaning is not an abstract, intellectual construct; something you can define, once and for all, in thoughts and words. If you ‘think’ about the meaning of life, you will never find it. Meaning is a felt experience, with purpose as your pathway.
Purpose not only gives your life meaning but it guides you and sustains you; day to day and throughout the years. Even when your world turns upside down and you encounter setbacks, purpose gives you stability and a sense of direction. Finding purpose can unlock greater satisfaction and success in all areas of your life.
Workshop Dates

Richard Whitehurst
Helen Andrew
Educator, Ericksonian Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotist, published author, and international speaker, Richard Whitehurst has been involved in transformation and helping others to expand awareness since 1970.
The former president of the Ericksonian Hypnotherapist Association of Australia and a certified trainer in HeartMath, Richard has over 30 years of clinical experience in emergent learning and heart-centring orientations to heal trauma, foster emotional intelligence, identify personal-meaning and life-purpose, and engender positive changes in many thousands of clients from all over the world.
In the past 10 years Richard has founded 2 organisations: ‘The Overview Institute of Australia’ and ‘Planetary Human’ wherein he and an impressive array of colleagues from around the world are working to further catalyse personal and planetary regeneration.
Richard has appeared in various media, and has lectured extensively in colleges, universities, workshops, webinars, and conferences in America, England, Europe, India and Australia.
A social entrepreneur with an interest in regenerative systems thinking and purpose, Helen has dedicated her time applying her interests for the betterment of the community.
Helen started a social enterprise called Spare Harvest in 2015 to connect neighbours to share what they had spare in their kitchens and gardens. Spare Harvest harnessed the power for the gift and sharing economies to build community resilience and reduce food waste. While building Spare Harvest Helen supported many emerging entrepreneurs with mentoring and business coaching. It was in this role that Helen realised many loose their way when they do not have clarity around their purpose, mission, vision, impact, and values.
After Spare Harvest was acquired in June 2021, Helen started Priority Purpose. Helen now helps to help individual, groups, team and SME’s create a their own personalised Purpose Map™ to bring more clarity and direction.
Helen is a regular contributor on ABC Sunshine Coast Mornings program sharing all things regeneration and purpose.
